- Their Hospice quality scores were the worst in the region. Introduced educational system geared toward patient/family satisfaction rather than organizational SOPs. Re-vamped their deeply flawed admissions process. Created first ever financials for locations.

- Instituted Agency and Clinical Standards, education/onboarding program and financial reporting for geographically spread-out locations.

- Worst to first quality scores in region. Brought financial stability and prevented the need to sell out the Hospice next door.
- The Southern California 550 ADC
- The new CEO was told she had to move profitability up to 2%. Helped her move it to 15% with spikes of 18 and 22%.
- Hospice in the South 200 ADC
- Moved them to profitability by fixing Inpatient Unit, On-Call and Admissions.
- Hospice in the Eastern Mountains 135 ADC
- Helped them move to profitability by identifying their problem areas and directing them to simple, proven solutions.
